Anyone know of a replacement motor for these skid-loaders? It is roughly a 1979 or 80 4 cylinder gas. Thanks in advanced! It was the better choice, the Honda engine is physically smaller, actually had to block it up an inch or 2 to get belts to line up. More power now. As mentioned mufflers are an issue, will have to make your own. I put a trailer connector in to connect the engine wiring to the stock harness, so that it was easy to disconnect if I needed to put the motor. Hope this helps - SR Reply

I bought a 330 Owatonna a few years back as a fixer upper. It was like new but the 2 cylinder Onan engine had spun a cam bearing early in its life. Stuck a new Onan 25 hp performer engine in it. It was a hydrostat machine though not belt. What model was yours? The Onan motor and a 700 LBS lift capacity make it a smaller skid steer. I Disliked the Onan powered skid steer loaders. They just did not have the HP/torque to really do much with.
