Level Best offers a range of machine-controlled grading boxes for skid steers, compact track . It's been awhile since I've been on the forum. I'll throw my 2 cents in. I have the Level Best with the box blade and dual masts. Previously l had the Level Best push/pull blade with a single mast. I much prefer the box blade over the push/pull blade. The dual masts goes without saying which is better. Then the skid steer with laser best to finish with in .25 on inch. It’s that good. Any parking lots a dozer, stick laser, string lines to get all the typical elevations done properly. The skid steer with laser best is not efficient in that work. If anything, a track loader with a 6 foot blade would get the job done, but a D4 or 5 Cat would be best for moving the most yds. per hour because of the Hp. This is what I used: A skid steer, a ripper/scarifier attachment and an FFC Preparator. There is an absolute science in achieving those incredibly flat, rock free, yards. Soil conditions, moisture conditions all play a part.

The tractor/skid steer argument has been beaten to death. If you work on lawns, buy a tractor.
