I borrow a deere skid steer that does that occassionally. A fuse works it's way loose in the fuse panel. Just takes a momentary power interruption and it sets the brake. If your parking brake is giving trouble, check seat switch, then seat belt switch, then park lock switch, then replace the dash with the updated one with wire harness. I have a 250 that gave fits with park for years, last year it got a new dash and the problem has not come back.
